Judge Randy Smith Nominated to 9th Circuit
I just heard on the news that N. Randy Smith from Pocatello has been nominated to the 9th Circuit Court of Appeals...I haven't looked into the latest announcement, nor do I have the energy to entertain such an idea, but here is a link to an article I read last week about this.
