Just a quick note-- my hard drive crashed last night. So, it may be several days before I get a new computer lined out and I'm back online.

Dang, Tara. That sucks. I had three system crashes last year, so I know how you're feeling.

My advice: Buy a Mac! I finally did ...

I think you blog is great. Had a thought, not completely mine. What if there were engineers and scientists in congress. Could you imagine a country were the people with brains ran the govt? Ethanal cars made from the ones we have now? It might cost about $200.00 for each conversion to do that but the cost of getting the old dough faced politicians out of office and finding something useful for them to do instead of lining the pockets of oil rich countries would be the challange. I guess that this doesn't have much to do with computer crashes. But think about where we could be in ten years if information and innovation was as accessable as say, electricity?

The computer situation is solved. I purchased a Compaq at Circuit City in Idaho Falls Saturday.

Anonymous, do you happen to know Craig Cooper? He is running for Congress out of the 2nd congressional district.

It also didn't help that I had an ancient desktop with a 2GB hard drive.

Now I have an 80GB hard drive, what will I ever do with that?
