Great point and commentary. I don't understand why Nikki Cannon wants to pursue this case. Is it that she is looking to argue the case in front of the Supreme Court? An out of control ego that will cost us as taxpayers in Minidoka County.
I hope she gets defeated in the coming election as County Prosecutor.

I hope you're right about her soon-to-be defeat, but then again they seem to elect some real winners over there.
